People often don’t realize that they do not have to go with the companies recommended by their insurance, which are often nationally franchised companies with little quality guarantee. You can choose local companies that have quality guarantee and know how to put you first. We encourage you to be hands on with your insurance! You have a right to choose who is in your home, and Camel City Restoration has a great working relationship with insurance companies!
Should your damage require that your personal property leave the climatized environment of your home, we have the answer. Our offices are attached to our climatized warehouse and you have the option to let us store your furniture for you. This means that your personal property will remain at temperatures between 67 and 72 degrees. Extreme changes in temperature or exposure to high or low humidity can have a negative impact on your personal belongings, so why choose an on site storage unit that does not offer regulated temperature? We also have 24/7 security through our warehouse cameras, installed to guard your possessions, and we scan each of your items so we know where they are located at any given time.
Collectively we hold industry certifications to perform at top levels in our field and we hold state licenses for lead remediation. North Carolina Lead Certified

We want you to know that in supporting us through your business, you are also supporting your community. Thank you!
