Sewage Cleanup/Bacterial Removal

Our process for sewage cleanup is different than our competitors’. Sewage carries pathogens that can potentially be deadly, and rather than installing air moving equipment, Camel City utilizes hepa filtration, dehumidifiers, and a strong hydrogen peroxide application. We refuse to release a bacteria project until it has been tested and cleared by an independent third party. When it is handled this way, the consumer knows without doubt that their home is 100% safe for occupation.

Our Process

1. Answer Your Call

Camel City Restoration has 24/7 phone service with a real person, not an automated message. When disaster strikes and you give us a call, you are guaranteed to speak with someone who cares about your situation and is ready to help, no matter the time.

2. Assess

When you choose to go with us as your restoration contractor, our first step is to make a trip to your site and assess the sewage damage. We will need to evaluate the extent of the damage, how much it has affected the livability of your site, and the amount of time our cleanup should take.

3. Estimate

Once we have had a chance to assess the damage and evaluate, we will provide you with an accurate estimate for the job ahead. We also have a great working relationship with insurance companies and are prepared to work with whatever agency you are with.

4. Send Our Team

After you have received our estimate, we will send our highly qualified team to start the work. Camel City Restoration makes an avid point not to overschedule our teams by taking on more work than we can do while maintaining excellence. Because of this, the team that arrives on site will be ready to do quality work with great service.

5. Do the Prep Work

Next, we will start on the prep work, which may include cleaning up around the site, removing any affected furniture or materials, and taking any unaffected belongings to our climate-controlled, extra-secure storage warehouse, if need be. A job well done requires good prep work.

6. Get the Job Done

Once all those steps are complete, we will be ready to start on the job itself. For sewage and bacterial damage, this includes thoroughly cleaning the area, disposing of any biohazardous materials into proper containers, removing those containers, and final testing to ensure total safety and restoration. Our goal is to go beyond restoration to how it was… We want to make it better than before.
